Publisher Improvements & Developments

We have just released a number of publisher developments and features that will add value to your day to day work and improve your TradeDoubler experience. Each new feature is highlighted below:

1. Domain & content verification

To improve our quality processes we now require all publishers to verify their registered websites. This adds an extra level of protection for publishers and advertisers.

You may need to verify your current sites. The process to verify your domain is very straight forward. You simply need to paste some code into the HEAD section of your registered domain and confirm when this is done. A detailed step by step guide is provided on the site registration page. We have also put together this VIDEO MANUAL for you.

You will not be able to apply to new programs until you verify your site. All existing applications and existing relationships will continue as before. Your tracking links are not affected.

We have also added a number of tick boxes on the site registration/information page. This simply confirms that your site does not contain certain content, for example pornography, racist content etc.

2. Add multiple domains

You can now add multiple domains to your existing registered sites. All you need to do is add your main domain in the site address field and then add other domains using the 'add multiple' domain function. By grouping all your sites under one registered site it means you only need to apply once for all your sites.

You only need to verify the main domain, not all your domains.

3. Applying to multiple programs

You can now apply to 100 programmes at a time! The application process is the same as before. However, if you use the category selection then this will allow you to automatically apply to multiple programmes. This should save you a lot of time!

1. Search on the relevant advertiser category you wish to apply to
2. Tick the boxes of the programs they wish to apply to
3. Click apply to programs at bottom of the page
4. The selected programs then pop up so you can confirm their selection or remove unwanted choices

1. You must click open and read the TradeDoubler agreement before you can continue
2. To do this you must click “Important! Read the TradeDoubler agreement!”
3. Only then can you tick agree to the T&C’s
4. Once this is complete you can click “Apply to selected programs”

4. td AdMatch - Optimisation

• Ads in td AdMatch, TradeDoubler's contextual advertising solution working across product (more info here), text and image ads, are now being system optimised by their earnings potential for publishers.
• Ads are now both automatically targeted based on the site content AND automatically optimised to maximise return for all parties.

5. View all products in the Event Breakdown Report

We have added new functionality to the event breakdown report so that you have complete visibility on all the products sold within a basket. Previously you could only see one of the products, where as now you can view all the products within a order.

If you use remote reporting then this will not be affected.
